Guarding Cover

Intamac can arrange guarding cover and keyholding services for your business premises. These are provided in association with Group 4 Patrol & Response.

If an attempted burglary occurs, Business Manager can inform them and they will send a patrolman to check on your property.

You can chose between two options of service:

Option 1. 'Pay-As-You-Go' Alarm Response.
You pay a nominal annual administration charge, and Intamac register your property with Group 4 Patrol & Response. In the event of a burglar alarm activation, a Group 4 guard will visit your building and undertake an external visual inspection. If they find evidence of criminal damage, they will contact the Police or other Emergency Services, and remain on-site until they arrive. You pay for the guard's call-out and time on site.

Option 2. 'Keyholder' Service.
Group 4 Patrol & Response hold a set of keys for your business, and details of your alarm's PIN codes. In the event of a burglar alarm activation, a Group 4 guard will attend the property and secure it from the inside, contacting emergency services if required.
