Intamac demo alarm monitoring at Gardiner Security roadshows

Intamac Home Manager to meet installers at Gardiner Roadshows

Intamac Systems Ltd, the UK’s leading Internet accessed monitoring and control company, will be demonstrating the new capabilities of their Home Manager service at the forthcoming Gardiner Security roadshows.

Home Manager is a fully automated alarm monitoring service that alerts customers and their nominated contacts by text message, phone and/or email if there’s an alarm event in their property. Customers administer their own contact details via a secure online account or over the phone to our Member Services Team.

Available ‘off-the-shelf’ from Gardiner Security and CSD stores, Home Manager is simplicity itself for alarm installers.

Connection to the service involves minimal paperwork and typically involves just one phone call by the installer from the install site, and less than 5 minutes to program the panel. Home Manager offers more flexibility and power than a speech-dialler, and is cost effective and simple to maintain for both the installer and customer.

Home Manager can be sold by any installer regardless of NACOSS or SSAIB approval, to any customer – even if they have lost police response.

New improvements to the Home Manager service on show at the roadshows include the launch of a new website, compatibility with an increased number of panels and digital communicators, and new and unique deals with leading panel manufacturers.

Intamac will also be demonstrating new Home Manager capabilities and additional services due for release in the next 12 months.

Scott Crowther, Marketing Executive at Intamac explains what will be demonstrated at the roadshows. “The Gardiner roadshows are the ideal opportunity for alarm installers to discover everything they need to know about our alarm monitoring service. We’ll be showing installers just how easy it is to buy, sell, install and maintain the Home Manager.”

Intamac’s revolutionary platform has already been adopted by BT to power their Home Monitoring product, a DIY wireless alarm system which includes a basic monitoring service.
