The Safe@Home service is set-up via the Home Manager account and is an optional upgrade available once you have subscribed to our Alarm Monitoring service. Allocating PIN codes from an alarm system to a specific User allows Intamac Home Manager service to send text message and email notification whenever the alarm is set or unset. 

Intamacs Safe@Home service can be used to allow parents to know when their children are at home. By providing each member of the household with a PIN Code, the Home Manager account monitors the property and knows when the alarm has been switched on or off.

For an additional £2.50 a month we provide parents with the extra comfort they need to ensure that their children are safe at home.

Key Features:

    • You can set-up two Safe@Home contacts who can both receive notification messages.
    • Any  alarm user registered in your Home Manager account will automatically appear in your Safe@Home service. 
    • When a registered user's PIN code is entered, a notification SMS text message and email are sent to a nominated Safe@Home contact.
    • The service is flexible enough to be used for various applications, including; notifying you when the cleaner enters the house, or when your neighbour comes in to feed the cats for you.
