The Flood Monitoring service is set-up via the Business Manager account and is provided free of charge when you subscribe to our Alarm Monitoring service*. Using Flood Detection sensors connected to your burglar alarm system the Intamac Business Manager service will provide early warning of water ingress, burst pipes and leaking equipment.
If rising water comes into contact with a flood sensor, your alarm activates (without ringing your outside bell), and Business Manager raises the alarm.

With Flood Detection as part of Intamac’s Alarm Monitoring service you have a valuable early warning of flooding, allowing possessions to be protected and flood defense systems to be put in place.

Intamac Flood Detection operates at all times – even if your alarm is not activated.
Flood sensors can be situated both in and outside the property and are only activated when submerged with water; not by rainfall or splashing.
The service can cover multiple properties, therefore providing business owners with the piece of mind that all their premises are covered.
